I booked my dog in for a groom at Petstop and came away really happy. The staff were lovely, listened to exactly what I wanted, and didn’t take off too much, which I really appreciated. My dog came out looking clean and tidy, and was way calmer than I expected. I’ve had places in the past rush a groom and make little mistakes that feel totally preventable, but this was a much better experience. I’ll definitely be using them again.

"Arrived okay, but the packaging made me a bit wary"
My order showed up on time and everything inside was fine, so no complaints there. But the packaging wasn’t great — the box was a bit squashed and the tape didn’t look very secure, like it could’ve popped open during delivery. Luckily nothing was missing or damaged, but it did make me question how carefully they pack things, especially when it’s pet food and treats. I’d probably order again, but I’d feel a lot better if the boxes were sturdier and sealed properly.

"The staff actually knew what they were talking about"
I went into Petstop because my spaniel has been an absolute nightmare with food lately, and I was just expecting to stand there staring at bags and guessing. But the staff member I spoke to was really helpful and clearly knew the products properly, not just the brand names or what was on offer. She asked me loads of sensible questions about his age, his stomach, what foods he’d already tried, and the kind of things he tends to turn his nose up at, which made me feel like she was actually trying to figure it out rather than just point me at the most expensive bag.
I ended up buying the food she recommended, and so far he’s eating it without any drama, which is a small miracle in our house. I really appreciated that there was no pushy sales talk or making me feel silly for not knowing what to choose. It was just proper, useful advice from someone who seemed to understand dogs and the products on the shelves, and that made the whole thing much easier.

I was on Petstop trying to figure out which dog food to go for my brain was completely melted from all the options. I sent over a quick question and the staff got back to me so fast it felt like magic. They were genuinely so helpful and made the whole thing ridiculously easy. Such lovely people to deal with, I’d happily use them again in a heartbeat.

Popped in to grab what I needed and overall it was a good experience. The staff were helpful, like when I wasn’t sure where something was, they pointed me in the right direction, and they were friendly at the till too. The shop had what I came in for, plus a few other bits I almost picked up, like snacks, household stuff, and a couple of random things near the checkout. Only downside was the queue was quite slow, a bit like when everyone seems to need a price check, a receipt question, or an extra bag at the same time. Still, decent shop and I’d go back.

I was sorting out a few things for the dog the other day and realised I’ve actually ordered from Petstop a handful of times now. It’s one of those sites I don’t think too much about, which is probably a good sign. I usually just grab food, treats, or whatever bits I’m running low on, and it’s all straightforward. The packaging has always been fine, nothing damaged or awkward, and the orders have turned up around when I expected them to. So yeah, overall it’s been easy to order from and I’d happily keep using them.

As a dog owner, it’s such a relief when you find somewhere that actually has the food your dog eats in stock. I’ve used Petstop a few times now, and they’ve consistently had it available, even though I struggle to find it elsewhere. Ordering is straightforward, no hassle, and it just does what I need it to do. I’m happy enough and will keep using them.

"Better rewards than I expected"
I’ve been using petstop.ie mainly for dog food and the odd bag of treats, and the loyalty rewards are better than I thought they’d be. I expected the points to take ages to add up, but they build up fairly quickly if you’re ordering regularly, and I’ve already had a few euro knocked off my orders.
The only thing I’d change is making it a bit more obvious before checkout how many points you’re earning, because I sometimes have to look around for it. Other than that, delivery has been grand for me, and the rewards make it feel worth sticking with them

I found what I needed way faster than expected, and checkout was so simple I started wondering what they know that other sites don’t. No weird hoops, no endless clicking around, no nonsense. Maybe that’s the trick, but either way, it worked great for me.
